The Master leaned forward with a smile on his face; “Poor, pathetic fool.” The Master liked to gloat, even when he was alone.
“After trying and failing with the same ploy after our encounter against Axos, I thought that even the foolish Doctor would have learnt. But no, he thought he could outwit me. He may have foiled my plans again, but I am free. When we next meet, he will pay for that mistake. He cannot trap me in something as simple as a Time Loop.”
